Symptoms most commonly develop around the age of 30- 50 years old and one diagnosis is given some people deteriorate quickly with most given a life expectancy of 5 – 10 years.
The students in the Sixth Form will spend the next two weeks raising awareness for the Huntington’s Disease Association. Please visit their website www.hda.org.uk for more information.
